THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD
The Feldenkrais method is rooted in a deep understanding on how human learning and motor developments take place, which allows improving our movement and function in a very effective way, creating new neurological pathways in our brain.
It is a non-invasive and gentle method, great for any age and anyone who wants to live with more ease and move more efficiently. It is especially effective for those who are faced with any kind of challenge such as injuries, neurological conditions, stroke and cerebral palsy.
The Feldenkrais method is taught in individual hands on lessons called Functional integration (FI) or in classes, called Awareness Through Movement (ATM).

Dr. Feldenkrais developed his method between 1940-1984, when he discovered and understood that the brain had the ability to learn and rewire itself, no matter the person’s challenges or age. This principal is now proven and known by Science as neuroplasticity making him a pioneer in the field.
